Wear a moisturizer with sun block!
Sunscreens help prevent the sun's ultraviotet radiation from reaching the skin. UVA and UVB are two types of untraviolet radiation that damage the skin and increase your risk of skin cancer. While the UVB rays are primarily associated with sunburns and non-melanoma-type skin cancer, the UVA rays are longer, penetrate more deeply into the skin and are primarily responsible for photoaging (such as wrinkling and age spots) and more importantly, melanoma skin cancer -- wich can be deadly.
