Go Green In 2013-MyPremier

We invite you to "Go Green In 2013" by signing up with MyPremier, your Premier Patient Portal.  At MyPremier, you can update your personal and health information, request an appointment and view test results right from your computer.  To access your MyPremier account, simply go to our website at www.premierderm.net and click on the MyPremier button.  You'll be asked for the user name and password you created when setting up your on-line account.  If you do not  have an on-line account with us, call our office at (479) 273-3376 to request the Security Code needed to set up MyPremier.
