SPA HOURS

Tuesday-Friday: 9am-7pm CST

Saturday: 9am-5pm CST.  

Sunday and Monday: Spa Closed

CANCELLATIONS

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We do require a 1 week cancellation notice for Spa Parties.  If appointments are not cancelled in a timely manner, you will be charged for the services scheduled. 

CHECK-IN

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment.  After changing into a robe, relax in our lounge and sauna.

REFUNDS

We will gladly exchange unused product within 15 days of purchase.  Please present your receipt. 

GRATUITY/SERVICES CHARGES

Gratuity is greatly appreciated.  20% gratuity will automatically be added to parties of 4 or more.
