How To Spa @ East Meets West at Premier

 APPOINTMENTS

To reserve an appointment, call (479) 273-3376 (local) or (866) 973-3376 (toll-free).  A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) is required to hold your reservation.  We accept walk-ins for waxing appointments, but highly suggest calling ahead to ensure you receive a time that fits your schedule. 

SPA HOURS

Tuesday-Friday: 9am-7pm CST and Saturday: 9am-5pm CST.  The Spa is closed on Sunday and Monday.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand how life can throw unexpected curve balls!  If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please give at least 4 hrs notice for individual appointments and a 1 week notice for a spa party. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will result in a credit card charge of 100% for the amount of the service(s) scheduled.

CHECK-IN

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your Spa appointments, but no more than 30 minutes prior.  You are welcome to enjoy our beautiful lounge areas for men and women and/or our outside veranda space.  During this time, you will be taken to change into a spa robe and our first-time guests are required to complete a client intake form.

REFUNDS

It is our pleasure to exchange unopened and unused products within 15 days of purchase with a receipt only.  We will not refund/exchange opened or used products.  Special orders or monogrammed items are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

GRATUITY/SERVICES CHARGES

An additional 20% service charge will be automatically added to parties of 4 or more.  In addition, a facility fee may be included at the discretion of management for any private or semi-private party/event.

"Just what I anticipated"- 15%-20%

"Exceeded expectation"- 21%-31%

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Premier Dermatology is honored to accept non-expired East Meets West Spa Gift Certificates to be applied toward any current spa treatment/service.  The new East Meets West @ Premier gift certificates are also available for any denomination and may be purchased via phone or in the facility.  Certificates are valid 12 months from the date of purchase.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen or expired cards/certificates.
